ALPI

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALPI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,566 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALPI-associated genes across cancer lineages are GINS2, PSMC3IP, and RNFT2. Each is linked with ALPI in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALPI-to-partner and partner-to-ALPI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GINS2 grouped by ALPI-low versus ALPI-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALPI→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALPI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
