Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALPI RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 570 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALPI-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Blastocyst growth, Negative regulation of Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation, and Fructose catabolic process. Each is linked with ALPI in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALPI-to-partner and partner-to-ALPI results are reported.
