ALPI

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALPI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALPI-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSD11B1, CGB3, and FGD2. Each is linked with ALPI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALPI-to-partner and partner-to-ALPI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSD11B1 grouped by ALPI-low versus ALPI-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALPI→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALPI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
