Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALPG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 529 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALPG-associated genes across cancer lineages are COTL1P2, OR2S2, and OR4A13P. Each is linked with ALPG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALPG-to-partner and partner-to-ALPG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COTL1P2 grouped by ALPG-low versus ALPG-high in UCEC.
