Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALPG mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALPG-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, p27_pT198, and C-Raf. Each is linked with ALPG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALPG-to-partner and partner-to-ALPG results are reported.
