Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALPG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,508 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALPG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Adenylate cyclase-modulating G protein-coupled receptor signaling pathway, Cellular response to indole-3-methanol, and Rho protein signal transduction. Each is linked with ALPG in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALPG-to-partner and partner-to-ALPG results are reported.
