ALOXE3P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALOXE3P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,078 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALOXE3P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RELCH, HID1, and HIP1R. Each is linked with ALOXE3P1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALOXE3P1-to-partner and partner-to-ALOXE3P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALOXE3P1 versus RELCH in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALOXE3P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALOXE3P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
