Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALOX5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,672 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALOX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, SIRPB1, and TLR8. Each is linked with ALOX5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALOX5-to-partner and partner-to-ALOX5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALOX5 versus CYTH4 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALOX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALOX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
