ALOX5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALOX5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,691 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALOX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2V1P5, LSM3, and NOL7. Each is linked with ALOX5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALOX5-to-partner and partner-to-ALOX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBE2V1P5 grouped by ALOX5-low versus ALOX5-high in SARC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALOX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALOX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
