ALOX5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALOX5 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,143 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALOX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDH24, FHOD3, and APBA1. Each is linked with ALOX5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALOX5-to-partner and partner-to-ALOX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDH24 grouped by ALOX5-low versus ALOX5-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALOX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALOX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
