ALOX12P2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALOX12P2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,779 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALOX12P2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DYNLL2, MIR3153, and SNORD53. Each is linked with ALOX12P2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALOX12P2-to-partner and partner-to-ALOX12P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DYNLL2 grouped by ALOX12P2-low versus ALOX12P2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALOX12P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALOX12P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
