ALOX12

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALOX12 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,495 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALOX12-associated proteins across cancer lineages are METTL16, PHF23, and PPP1R18_S368. Each is linked with ALOX12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALOX12-to-partner and partner-to-ALOX12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALOX12 versus METTL16 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALOX12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALOX12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
