ALOX12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALOX12 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALOX12-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSH6, Src_pY416, and Src_pY527. Each is linked with ALOX12 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALOX12-to-partner and partner-to-ALOX12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSH6 grouped by ALOX12-low versus ALOX12-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALOX12→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALOX12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
