ALMS1P1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALMS1P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 134 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALMS1P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR8053, GSTA6P, and MIR6754. Each is linked with ALMS1P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALMS1P1-to-partner and partner-to-ALMS1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR8053 grouped by ALMS1P1-low versus ALMS1P1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALMS1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALMS1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
