ALMS1P1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALMS1P1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALMS1P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are cDC, Erythrocytes, and mv Endothelial cells. Each is linked with ALMS1P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALMS1P1-to-partner and partner-to-ALMS1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, cDC grouped by ALMS1P1-low versus ALMS1P1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALMS1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALMS1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
