ALKBH7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALKBH7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,199 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALKBH7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPATS2, KRI1_S628, and RAB32. Each is linked with ALKBH7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALKBH7-to-partner and partner-to-ALKBH7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALKBH7 versus SPATS2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALKBH7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALKBH7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
