ALKBH7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALKBH7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,158 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALKBH7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RCAN2, RUBCNL, and FYN. Each is linked with ALKBH7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALKBH7-to-partner and partner-to-ALKBH7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALKBH7 versus RCAN2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALKBH7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALKBH7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
