The most reproducible ALKBH7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Energy coupled proton transmembrane transport, against electrochemical gradient, Electron transport coupled proton transport, and Protein localization to condensed chromosome. Each is linked with ALKBH7 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALKBH7-to-partner and partner-to-ALKBH7 results are reported.
