Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALKBH7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALKBH7-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCF5, TAS2R8, and CSN2. Each is linked with ALKBH7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALKBH7-to-partner and partner-to-ALKBH7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IQCF5 grouped by ALKBH7-low versus ALKBH7-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALKBH7→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALKBH7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
