ALKBH6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALKBH6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 320 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALKBH6-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD37, TRAJ57, and TCERG1P1. Each is linked with ALKBH6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALKBH6-to-partner and partner-to-ALKBH6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD37 grouped by ALKBH6-low versus ALKBH6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALKBH6→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALKBH6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
