ALK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,708 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YJU2_S179, IRS2_S1100, and CCNL2_S369. Each is linked with ALK in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALK-to-partner and partner-to-ALK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALK versus YJU2_S179 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALK→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
