Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,906 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALK-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMA4, BUB3, and TSR1. Each is linked with ALK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALK-to-partner and partner-to-ALK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMA4 grouped by ALK-low versus ALK-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALK→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
