Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 95 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALK-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, ASNS, and C-Raf. Each is linked with ALK in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALK-to-partner and partner-to-ALK results are reported.
