Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 876 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALK-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBY1, NOL9, and GRK7. Each is linked with ALK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALK-to-partner and partner-to-ALK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CBY1 grouped by ALK-low versus ALK-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALK→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
