ALG9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 269 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG9-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP401, RNU6-280P, and OR2S2. Each is linked with ALG9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG9-to-partner and partner-to-ALG9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP401 grouped by ALG9-low versus ALG9-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG9→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
