Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,076 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALG8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPSAP38, SYPL1P1, and MIR599. Each is linked with ALG8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG8-to-partner and partner-to-ALG8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPSAP38 grouped by ALG8-low versus ALG8-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG8→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
