ALG2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,154 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C9orf64, FAM120A, and GOLGA1. Each is linked with ALG2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG2-to-partner and partner-to-ALG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALG2 versus C9orf64 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
