ALG2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,504 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD82, RNU6-1318P, and RPL36AP6. Each is linked with ALG2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG2-to-partner and partner-to-ALG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD82 grouped by ALG2-low versus ALG2-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
