Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG1L15P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,472 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG1L15P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit assembly, Isoprenoid metabolic process, and Iron-sulfur cluster assembly. Each is linked with ALG1L15P in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG1L15P-to-partner and partner-to-ALG1L15P results are reported.
