Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ALG1L15P RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ALG1L15P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher ALG1L15P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ALG1L15P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and CESC show a favorable association.
UVM, LGG, and ACC are the cancer types where ALG1L15P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
