Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ALG1L14P RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ALG1L14P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ALG1L14P RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ALG1L14P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and CESC show a favorable association.

HNSC, DLBC, and CESC are the cancer types where ALG1L14P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
