Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ALG1L Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated ALG1L data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher ALG1L Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ALG1L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

HNSC, ESCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where ALG1L Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
