ALG1L

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG1L RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,792 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG1L-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R18, CASP4, and EVI2B_S271. Each is linked with ALG1L in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG1L-to-partner and partner-to-ALG1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
