ALG1L

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG1L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC52A3, ASIP, and WDR13. Each is linked with ALG1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG1L-to-partner and partner-to-ALG1L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
