ALG14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,381 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDAH1, SNX7, and EMC2. Each is linked with ALG14 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG14-to-partner and partner-to-ALG14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALG14 versus DDAH1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
