ALG14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALG14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,145 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of nuclear cell cycle DNA replication, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of intracellular estrogen receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with ALG14 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG14-to-partner and partner-to-ALG14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of nuclear cell cycle DNA replication grouped by ALG14-low versus ALG14-high in PANCREAS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG14→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
Each partner links to its Q-omics profile. Showing the 6 strongest of 4,145 associations by consensus.
