Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG13-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,720 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG13-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEPTIN8, LMNB2, and RPS6_S240. Each is linked with ALG13-AS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG13-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ALG13-AS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALG13-AS1 versus SEPTIN8 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
