Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, ALG13-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated ALG13-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher ALG13-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated ALG13-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and READ show a favorable association.

KIRP, ACC, and UVM are the cancer types where ALG13-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
