ALG11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALG11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,549 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG11-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1268B, SNX3P1Y, and RN7SL420P. Each is linked with ALG11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG11-to-partner and partner-to-ALG11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1268B grouped by ALG11-low versus ALG11-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG11→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
