ALG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT35, SLCO1C1, and FAM205A. Each is linked with ALG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALG1-to-partner and partner-to-ALG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT35 grouped by ALG1-low versus ALG1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
