ALDOC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDOC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,603 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDOC-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPFIA4, P4HA1, and ENO2. Each is linked with ALDOC in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDOC-to-partner and partner-to-ALDOC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALDOC versus PPFIA4 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDOC→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDOC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
