Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH7A1P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,152 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALDH7A1P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of actin filament organization, Negative regulation of cell development, and B cell activation involved in immune response. Each is linked with ALDH7A1P3 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH7A1P3-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH7A1P3 results are reported.
