Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH4A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,153 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible ALDH4A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHEK2, ETV7, and RAD51AP1. Each is linked with ALDH4A1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH4A1-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH4A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALDH4A1 versus CHEK2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH4A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH4A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
