Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALDH4A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,213 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH4A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are L-proline catabolic process, Organic acid catabolic process, and Carboxylic acid catabolic process. Each is linked with ALDH4A1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH4A1-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH4A1 results are reported.
