ALDH4A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, ALDH4A1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH4A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are P2RY13, EXOC1L, and UGT2B10. Each is linked with ALDH4A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH4A1-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH4A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, P2RY13 grouped by ALDH4A1-low versus ALDH4A1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH4A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH4A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
