ALDH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,798 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are USHBP1, RPL7L1P1, and RNU7-73P. Each is linked with ALDH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH2-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USHBP1 grouped by ALDH2-low versus ALDH2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
