ALDH1L1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH1L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,849 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH1L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLCD1, RNF213, and LDHD. Each is linked with ALDH1L1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH1L1-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH1L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALDH1L1 versus PLCD1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH1L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH1L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
