Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH1L1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,921 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH1L1-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Motile cilium assembly, Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis, and Cardiolipin metabolic process. Each is linked with ALDH1L1-AS1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH1L1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH1L1-AS1 results are reported.
