ALDH1B1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH1B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,137 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH1B1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COL11A1, CCDC80, and CCN1. Each is linked with ALDH1B1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH1B1-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH1B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, ALDH1B1 versus COL11A1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH1B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH1B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
