ALDH1B1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, ALDH1B1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,185 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible ALDH1B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL22P13, CSPG4P3Y, and PER1. Each is linked with ALDH1B1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both ALDH1B1-to-partner and partner-to-ALDH1B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL22P13 grouped by ALDH1B1-low versus ALDH1B1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (ALDH1B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→ALDH1B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
